I am Aimee the owner of Toys, Tinctures and Tea. I created this mental health platform to assist others on how to vibrate as a creator, be designers of the future, ninjas of their own minds, and leaders in their communities. I heard voices in my head that weren’t mine, felt loneliness in crowded rooms, longed for my acting dreams to come true, pined for relationships and acceptance for many years, until I had some very specific “break opens”. Now I am the owner of an indie production company Buttercream Productions making movies in the small town I live in in the middle of nowhere, own a piece of land where I get to grow food and invite people, and have had my first successful relationship with my dream partner of now four years. I have worked as a preschool teacher, an art therapist, a night manager at a resort for bereaved parents, an actress, in the hospitality industry for 15 years and also a crisis call advocate at a Women’s shelter. I come from a line of service workers my Mother being a Paramedic and my Grandfather a guidance counselor. I aim to carry it onward to assist in healing future generations for the benefit of the world and all beings in it. I also recently have battled breast cancer caused by the braca 1 gene and have learned so much about combining western medicine, eastern medicine and spirituality to heal. I received chemo
